• Not all peptides are FDA-approved for human or animal use.
• Upon request, our team could provide dosing instructions, usage guidelines or any health-related claims, for maximum benefits.
• Purchasing these products means you confirm you are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution conducting legitimate scientific research.
• Misuse of our products is strictly prohibited and is solely at the purchaser’s risk and liability.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase. We may implement age verification at checkout or account creation. Certain jurisdictions may have stricter rules (e.g., additional restrictions on performance-related compounds).

We do not sell to individuals under the required age or to prohibited territories. By ordering, you represent that you meet all eligibility criteria.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in VND and subject to change without notice. If a price in USD is requested, the exchange rate of VND/USD of the purchase date will be used for conversion.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or compliance concerns.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information.

Important Note for International Customers: If you are outside the country and cannot make a direct payment to a local bank account, please download the Moreta Pay app. This app allows you to easily send payments to local QR codes. Besides direct payment, we offer Wise & USDT payments too.

At checkout, kindly provide a valid WhatsApp number so our team can promptly contact you to finalize your purchase, arrange payment, and coordinate logistics.

• Domestic Shipping: We ship within Vietnam via reputable carriers. Tracking is available. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days; delivery times vary by location.
• International Shipping: Available to select countries. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. We are not liable for delays or seizures by customs authorities.
• Tracking: Provided for all orders.
• Cold Chain / Special Handling: Peptides are sensitive. We use appropriate packaging, but we are not responsible for degradation after delivery if storage instructions are not followed.
• Lost or Delayed Packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance. Claims for lost packages must be filed according to carrier policies.

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides (potential for contamination, degradation, or chain-of-custody issues):

• All sales are final once processed and shipped.
• No returns or refunds for change of mind, accidental orders, or buyer’s remorse.
• Exceptions (at our sole discretion):
  
  • – Damaged or defective products (must report within 3–5 days of delivery with photos and, where required, third-party lab verification).
  • – Shipping errors on our part (wrong item shipped).

To request an exception, contact support with your order number and details. Approved returns may incur restocking fees or require proof of proper storage.

We stand behind the purity and quality of our products. Most items come with Certificates of Analysis (CoA) from third-party testing. Contact us for specific batch information.

We are not responsible for:

• Improper storage or handling after delivery.
• Results obtained from research use.
• Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for misuse, personal injury, property damage, or any regulatory violations by the purchaser.

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of research chemicals. It is your responsibility to know and follow these regulations in your jurisdiction.

We do not export to countries where such sales are prohibited.

We may update this policy occasionally. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify significant changes where required.
